At Home Secure, we want you to feel confident in your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied with your home security products, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund. All items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Pack with Care

  Place the items securely in their original boxes, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
