These hinges are designed to open to a restricted distance of around 10cm. A button can then be pressed to allow full opening. 

For use with windows that are:

Side Hung - Only bottom hinge has restrictor push button

Sold in pairs (1 left, 1 right). Supplied with 13mm (standard) stack height. Hinge packers can be purchased separately to increase depth to 17mm.
